City signal // location-aware social concept

The Streets

A location-aware app experiment for city-level conversation, local context, nightlife stories, and the signals people already trade offline.

What it is

The Streets is a geo-aware social and message-board concept for city-level conversation. It is built around local context, nightlife stories, social observation, and the kind of street-level intel people already trade in group chats and side conversations.

Why it matters

Local information is valuable when it is timely, contextual, and responsibly framed. The Streets can have an edge without becoming reckless rumor machinery.

What is being built

The build direction includes frontend flows, backend APIs, database structure, geospatial and post models, city pages, moderation paths, QA, deployment planning, and product framing that can support a real MVP later.

Planned capabilities

  • City and neighborhood-level conversation spaces
  • Post-based local social intelligence
  • Geospatial context and location-aware filtering
  • Frontend/backend/API/database architecture planning
  • Reporting, moderation, QA, and legal-safe product boundaries

Status

In Build. The direction is active and product-minded, but the page stays honest about what is still being designed and validated.
