QA Agent / Codex Handoff Quality is a planned Office capability for improving the packets that reach Codex. It checks paths, context, constraints, and implementation expectations before local edits happen.

Why it matters

Most mistakes are cheaper before the first edit. A QA gate can reduce wrong-path changes, vague instructions, accidental production moves, and muddy deployment assumptions.
